Welcome to Jipe Live Events Platform. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which are governed by the laws of Delaware and comply with the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act of Delaware and GDPR requirements where applicable.

"Platform" refers to Jipe Live website and services

"User" refers to any person accessing or using the Platform

"Event" refers to any event listed on the Platform

"Organizer" refers to event creators and managers

4. User Accounts and Registration

Users must provide accurate information during registration and maintain account security. Account holders are responsible for all activities under their account.

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years

5. Event Ticketing and Purchases

All ticket purchases are subject to availability and event-specific terms. Tickets are non-refundable unless explicitly stated by the event organizer.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Paystack and other approved payment processors.

6. Live Streaming Services

Our platform provides live streaming capabilities for virtual and hybrid events. Streaming quality depends on internet connectivity and device capabilities. Recording or redistribution of streams is prohibited without explicit permission.

7. Event Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers must:

  • Provide accurate event information
  • Comply with local laws and regulations
  • Honor ticket sales and refund policies
  • Maintain appropriate licenses and permits
  • Ensure event safety and security measures

8. Platform Fees and Commissions

Jipe Live charges a service fee on ticket sales as outlined in our fee structure. Event organizers receive proceeds minus applicable fees and payment processing charges.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Distribute harmful or illegal content
  • Attempt to breach platform security
  • Create duplicate or fake accounts

10. Limitation of Liability

Jipe Live's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or issues beyond our control. Users participate in events at their own risk.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Delaware or through alternative dispute resolution methods.
